🧾 Refund and Returns Policy

Applies To: All IT products, accessories, and electronics purchased from ZRS TECHNOLOGIES within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
1. General Policy
At ZRS TECHNOLOGIES, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If your purchase does not meet expectations, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in line with UAE consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- All accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and invoice must be included.
- Product must not be a custom or clearance item.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or refunded (except if defective):
- Opened toners, cartridges, or consumables.
- Licensed or downloadable software.
- Network and communication equipment once configured.
- Products showing physical damage, tampering, or removed serial labels.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:
- Inspect and verify the issue.
- Arrange replacement or repair based on warranty conditions.
- Issue a refund or store credit if a replacement is not available.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection approval.
- Amounts are refunded via the original payment method.
- Shipping, installation, and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds will be issued when applicable.
6. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 3 days for unopened products.
Price differences between models will be charged or refunded accordingly.
7. Warranty Claims
All IT products are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty excludes:
- Physical or liquid damage.
- Power fluctuations or misuse.
- Unauthorized repair or modification.
Claims can be made through ZRS TECHNOLOGIES or the authorized service center.

9. Shipping Costs
